BURGERFI STORY | Peachtree Corners


Elliot & Claire met in South Florida which is where they fell in love with the BurgerFi product and brand.  Married for 5 years, with two boys, Elliot and Claire moved to Atlanta in 2015 and reside in Johns Creek. Claire Shoener is a realtor with Harry Norman and found their new BurgerFi location.  Elliot is a Director of sales at a local technology company within Peachtree Corners.  Elliot and Claire are Foodies whose pallet ranges from the streets of China to Madison Wisconsin’s Farm-to-Table local dives, and are excited to bring BurgerFi’s Better Burgers to Peachtree Corners.

This is their first restaurant, but they plan to open several more locations over the next few years.  Elliot’s restaurant experience comes from Carrabbas Italian Grill where he started as a busser in high school and made his way into management over the course of 10 years while working through college.  Claire also worked in/out of various restaurants while obtaining her Master Degree in Hospitality Management.

BurgerFi utilizes certified American black Angus beef, from the top ranches in the country – only ranches that adhere to the “Never-Ever” program. Our beef is Never exposed to steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, chemicals, or additives – Ever. Cattle that are a part of the “Never-Ever” program are free-range, humanely-treated, and raised on vegetarian diets. That’s why only about 1% of the beef produced in the United States meets the strict BurgerFi standard, and we are confident that you will easily taste the difference.

Upcycling is in our DNA. Literally, if you’re sitting on one of our red chairs at any of our restaurants, that means you’re sitting on 111 upcycled Coca-Cola bottles. Now, take a look at our walls and lighting – the wood panels are made from Number 2 pine lumber, the most renewable timber source available.We also use 100% energy efficient LED lighting. These are just some of the ways that we remain eco-friendly and true to our environment.
