decent “middle of the road” This router is not low end nor high..But it is a good budget dual-band router, feature loaded but with a bit of a funky web GUINote that that the current firmware prevents installing merlin or dd-wrt, as well as installing older versions that used to permit it.(Also the Antenna’s are non-removable/replaceable)

Badly placed bar code The router works fine. But I’d bought one refurbished, saving $30, and could not get it to work. A very patient technician at my internet supplier — I have fiber all the way to the house through U.S. Internet — spent a lot of time on the phone with me, trying to make it work. AiMesh is great. Functions perfectly. I have this one paired with a stronger Asus router through ethernet across floors of my house to use the AiMesh feature. Not having to switch networks makes this very convenient, and all of my IoT devices are managed under that same, single network. I have no trouble connecting to the 5.8Ghz band anymore.
