Knock off alert! The lot says 2014, which I didn’t realize when I purchased even though it was in the description. However, I’ve been buying this from my salon since at least 2013, and the shampoo has never been pink. The bottle I received was runny and pink and didn’t smell like S Factor should smell. Buyer be ware!

Watered down…. Bought this at my local salon & loved it! So I ordered it here on amazon and the conditioner was SERVERLY watered down!!!!! I still had some left from my previously purchased conditioner & it was thick as ever. This ‘new’ bottle I received the conditioner poured out like water.

Hair is like straw after using. This shampoo/conditioner is just bad. I have tried using it for about a month and it has left my hair like straw. I have colored hair, but I take very good care of it, and it was in good condition, before using this product. I bought this as a replacement for the sham/cond I love but is apparently being phasing out. I will have to find something else even though my bottles are about 3/4’s full. I generally love S Factor products and use them regularly, but this was a big waste of money.
