Effective massager, problematic product quality I bought 2 for myself and my wife from REI since Amazon doesn’t carry it yet(only 3rd party seller for inflated price). Recommended to friends and at least 3 people I know of bought them based on my recommendation. Now I’m not sure I should’ve recommended so much. One of them died(lights came on but motor would not engage) within 20 days of purchase. Sent it in for warranty with Hyperice, waited for a week and they repaired it & sent it back to me and so far it’s working fine. To be…

Kaput Mine broke within a month or two. I had the identical problem to the one described in the October 29, 2018 review. The device worked great for the first several times I used it. Then it stalled each time I started it. If I turned it on and off several times, it might eventually start and work fine from there. But now it won’t do even that. HyperVolt percussion device problem This device is incredible, but only when it’s working. The device I received was defective. Most of the time It would not turn on, but when it did it was outstanding. I fully charged the battery as directed by the instructions, but it only worked (meaning turning on to the percussion/vibration mode) 10% of the time, and to get it to that 10% operational level, I had to turn it on & off at least 15 times. I have used this device at the office of a chiropractor, so I know it’s good. I suspect I…
