Invaluable Resource! I could not be more thrilled to finally have this book in my grubby paws! Its only been 6 weeks since I found “I Breathe I’m Hungry” by googling “Best diets for pudgy 40 year old chicks” but already it’s been life-changing for me. 8 pounds and 10,000 energy points later, I felt obligated to buy the book as much as I already felt indebted to Mellissa. The website made transitioning into Keto for life mindless and easy and I’ll be forever grateful. Plus I’m looking forward to growing my Keto recipe reportoire with this beautiful cookbook! ADDED BONUS: with the cookbook, at the bottom of every recipe I don’t have to read knucklehead comments from individuals that can’t think for themselves asking if they don’t tolerate water can they substitute Gatorade instead? Can raspberries be subbed instead of blueberries because blueberry seeds get stuck between their teeth? If they’re desperately allergic to coconut, what can they use instead in the coconut cake? BEST OF THE BEST There are a lot of low carb food blogs out there but Melissa Sevigny is one of the very best. Most of the blog writers are good at one niche of low carb cooking (ex desserts) but not good across the board. Melissa excells at all of it (although she is definately the Monday Meatball Queen….wow, she covers the international spectrum of fabulous and creative meatball creations….and so family and pocketbook friendly too).If you were to only buy one low carb / keto cookbook you could not go wrong buying this book (I am also a fan of George Stella…he and Melissa know what they are doing!). I have never tried one of her recipes that I did not like and constantly recommend her blog to new low carbers. Her recipes are very accessable and do not require a cubbard full of oddball ingredients.I highly recommend it. You will not be sorry.

100% Worth the Wait! I ordered this book in April after devouring everything on the ibreatheimhungry website (and having great results with her egg fast). I pre-ordered the book which arrived today and was so worth the wait! Highlights:- the book is beautiful – color photos, thick pages and cover, plus a well-organized TOC and Index (a pet peeve of mine if done poorly)- Mellissa’s sense of humor and tell-it-to-you-straight style makes you feel like you’re chatting with a trusted girlfriend (including hilarious and genius tips for getting picky eaters to appreciate Keto dishes!)- the book manages to be both a great starting point for Keto as well as educational for someone already practicing Keto (I’ve been faithful since January 2018 and still learned a ton from the intro!)- two words: meal plans (with grocery lists) these are amazing! They include prep lists, tips, photos, macro counts and page number references.- encouraging and uplifting in content and presentation coming…
