A real lifesaver!!! Where do I begin? This book is a life saver! It is the best thing my husband and I ever did. We started our journey 2 months ago and have continued to go through it to date. Hubby has lost 35 lbs so far and I have lost 12. Other than that, we have been reaping on the all the benefits such as good quality sleep, going regular sometimes even 2 to 3 times a day LOL, more energy, lower blood pressure and improved sex drive (I’m menopausal)!!! There is no “con” to this book!!!

This is the one for me At the end of the first week I reached a new low weight I hadn’t seen in decades. I think I will be able to stick with this because I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself. The suggested foods to eat and when eat them is a big help. I also hate to exercise but knowing how much and how often makes it easier to get through. I love playing tennis but that hasn’t been enough for years so now I know just what to add and its not that much.
