Actor Josh Brolin and his wife Kathryn are selling their lavish Sandy Springs estate for $4.999 million.
ATLANTA — Actor Josh Brolin and his wife, Kathryn, are selling their massive Sandy Springs compound after owning it for about six years.
Brolin’s listing agent, Jacob Bean, said in an Instagram post that the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion has been rented in recent years and is “the preferred haven for a handful of Hollywood’s while working in Atlanta.”
Brolin, playing Thanos, filmed two Avengers movies in the Atlanta area: “Infinity War” and “Endgame.” His wife reportedly has family who lives in the area. He was also in Atlanta in 2024, filming the mystery-horror movie “Weapons”.
The asking price: $4.999 million. The Brolins bought the home in 2020 for $3.25 million, according to property records. Property taxes in 2025 were $52,000.
This gated estate, redesigned by Pierce and Ward, features luxury interiors and resort-style amenities on a 1.5-acre lot.
The home, built in 2003, features a dramatic two-story living room, a chef’s kitchen, a private office, and a spacious primary suite with a spa bath.
Upstairs offers three ensuite bedrooms, while the lower level includes a theater, gym, and guest suite.
Outdoor highlights include a heated pool, screened rotunda, and expansive lawn.
A detached guest house provides two fully equipped living spaces.
