Product was fake Very disappointed to pay nearly full price for non-authentic product. The box and bottle were authentic right down to the marking on the underside, but the product was definitely NOT Estee Lauder Idealist. The first tip is when the bottle top isn’t tight when you open it the first time. I’ve been using this for years and am very familiar with it, then I actually stopped into the Estee Lauder counter at Macy’s to be sure the formula was not changed in the last six months – it wasn’t and this was returned. My attempt to save a few bucks didn’t work and I will only buy direct going forward.
works wonders This is exactly the same product that I’ve been buying from the mall for years. Sadly since that store recently closed, this is exactly what I needed.If I get a pimple I think it clears up faster, redness isn’t as evident and my skintone has an even look to it all the way around. I truly believe in the estee lauder line.
Just a heads up in inform future buyers to learn my mistake, no fault or wring doing on the companys behalf at all I didn’t realize this was not the one usually soled at the make up counter, but this is the uni sex and that unfragranted version which has a completely different texture and feel compared to the regular idealist. So that was completely my fault and nothing the company did wront.
