Nice watch, but note the battery….. Nice watch! Fits well once I removed a link, which is easy to do. The thickness of the face is a little much and it’s kind of heavy if you’re not used to it. Display is clear and easy to see even on low brightness, and max bright will use more battery but it’s clear even in sunlight. It’s got a little “flat tire” spot on the bottom like many round face smartwatches do, but its not too bad and doesn’t seem to obstruct anything.One MAJOR thing: Don’t judge the battery life…
I wanted to love this watch I wanted to love this watch. Instead it caused me a lot of stress. The first watch I ordered the microphone only worked for 2 hours, then stopped. The replacement I received, the mic worked for 3 days, and oddly stripped the day I dropped the 1st one off for return. Without the microphone or use of Google assistant I am unable to use the majority of apps on the watch and it defeats the purpose of getting it. I am very disappointed over this whole thing.
Do Your Homework This watch did what I expected for an entire day.I began to realize anytime I closed the Wear OS app that the watch would disconnect from my phone, which was frustrating. I had to go to the Fossil website after I had already bought the watch to find out that I have to “keep the Wear OS app open and running at all times.” I keep my apps closed because I don’t like to deplete my phone’s battery life for no reason, least of all to get notifications on a watch that has a…
