Beware! I got this machine and loved it for the first time I used it. After literally only the 3rd time, the suction on the machine completely stopped working. I tried to contact the company and get a refund or a new machine sent to me and have still not heard anything back. that was a month ago. I’m just wanting either my money back or a new machine. I have to leave a review in order to even contact the company at this point. Super disappointed in the machine.
