Wash and dry face with foaming cleanser prior to use. Remove all topical acne medication. For skin that does not have acne, apply a light moisturizer if dry skin is a concern. Position the head of the device no more than 6 inches from area to be treated, make sure bulb is directly above that area. Put on included goggles, ensuring a snug fit around the eyes. Turn the device on and use for 15-20 minutes, remain still. Repeat 3 times per week for mild acne, and twice a day for more severe acne.
