Terrible, terrible customer service. For the first few tries of this it was really good and helped me with my posture a lot. However, when it came to charging the device there was a problem – either the charging cable or the device was faulty and would not charge. I contacted the Upright GO customer service by email for advice. They asked for the serial number of my GO and a few other questions and I had not heard from them since despite me following up with them a couple of times. Really bad customer service – big shame and very disappointing. What was initially something that I was very happy with has now turned out to be a miserable experience. I am returning the device for a full refund.
