  1. The item has to be really good or a huge rip-off for me to bother First, it is rare that I review anything. The item has to be really good or a huge rip-off for me to bother. But when I was looking into this product and reading the reviews here, I almost decided to pass on this one based on some really negative Amazon reviews. After more research elsewhere I decided to go ahead and get two of them, one for my wife as well. We are both athletes in our 60s and are continually getting on each other for slouching. We needed something like this! The short story: My Upright Go does exactly what they claim. So…5 Stars! (Wife has not started yet).DETAILS:If you are thinking of purchasing this item 1. You MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!. If you hate instructions, don’t buy it, and 2. It would be very helpful to have access to a smart phone to set up the device. Yes, you can use it without a smart phone as they claim, but it is not optimal, as they warned! I used my wife’s phone to get the app and dial in the device. Took me…

  2. Terrible, terrible customer service. For the first few tries of this it was really good and helped me with my posture a lot. However, when it came to charging the device there was a problem – either the charging cable or the device was faulty and would not charge. I contacted the Upright GO customer service by email for advice. They asked for the serial number of my GO and a few other questions and I had not heard from them since despite me following up with them a couple of times. Really bad customer service – big shame and very disappointing. What was initially something that I was very happy with has now turned out to be a miserable experience. I am returning the device for a full refund.

  3. It would have been fine if it stays where you place it Sorry but this thing does not stick for long and you constantly have to push or readjust it and at times it turns horizontally by itself and stops correcting your posture. It would have been fine if it stays where you place it.
