Good product but cautious with your expectations. My tablet arrived quickly and worked well. I do have two minor issues. First, I received a Kindle Nook version of the tablet, which for its intended use is fine for me. It just essentially comes with more pre-installed software. As I said not an issue for me but it could be for someone who needs more space on a tablet and/or does not want to add an SD card. The second issue is purely cosmetic. Substandard battery I have tried two of this refurbished Samsung tablet. Each was given about a week of normal use to give it a fair test. The tablets look and perform fine. The problem is the battery dies very quickly. Within a couple of hours.
