too little too late… We bought this tablet for our mom for her birthday to replace an older model my sister had given her about 4 years ago. I love that the tablet is Android so it is easy to use and set up. BUT…3 months later and the tablet has had to be reset 4 times and will not operate properly. It works for a handful of uses and then will not turn on again. Our window of return closed in Sept and our service window closed in Oct. Wouldn’t you know the next month the tablet starts giving us trouble! Very disappointed in this table as I have bought several Samsung tablets for my grand kids and have had good luck, guess my mom is just out of luck…..
Do not buy this tablet I bought this tablet brand new and it has completely stopped working after only 5 months. Do not waste your money on this tablet.
“The Other Woman” Bought as Xmas gift for my retired husband. He’s on it all the time, reading his kindle books, checking email, browsing internet, wasting time on Facebook, and streaming Netflix. A nice change from his heavy laptop and much better for traveling, small and lightweight. I bet he’s on it over 10 hrs a day. He even lays in bed with headphones on watching cop shows until 11 pm at night. It’s been great for him, but not so much for me. I’m now calling his tablet “the other woman.” Marital bliss, right?
