Very disappointing I’ve worn this perfume for years and loved it. This one doesn’t smell the way I remembered it. So I took it to my local store where I’ve purchased it before to see if I could figure out why. The packaging was the same on both but the store clerk thought it might have gone bad because of the way it is stored. I wanted to return it, but the system says it isn’t available for return. I would appreciate it if Amazon would put that in the description before I buy it and not after. Thank you.
The latest one I received did not smell like Beautiful at all I am upset with this product. Each month, I usually buy at least around $300 worth of products from Amazon, and I did not expect this to happen to me. The product I received from Amazon Prime is always the original one. It was also the original one when I bought it last time, but this time the product I received does not smell like Beautiful. It has very little, almost undetectable, fragrance. I opened it yesterday and found out that it does not smell like the one I bought last time and concluded that it is clearly a fake product. I never expected this from the product sold by âAmazon Prime.â I did not open the product as soon as I received it since I trusted it to be the original product as it was sold by âAmazon Prime.â In this way, a good company can lose the trust of its customer. This is sad.
