She died on the job (Updated..must read!) Bought this for my wife’s Christmas present. To my dismay, it worked great and she loved it. We even named the damn thing Dorothy. One day out of the blue, she was found dead while on the job. I was finally able to get a little response when her light would rapidly blink amber (not a good sign, but life was present). I tried a reset, but then her light turned red and she told me she had an Error 5. I put her on the charger for 72 hours as I had read somewhere. Still the same issue…
