Good Information, Difficult to Know How to Apply It. I do not doubt for one second the quality of the exercises on this DVD. I first did the 30 day founder challenge and within one week, I felt strength and integrity in my back that I had not felt for 4 years since I injured it.My complaint is with the formatting and the way the information is presented. PAIN FREE AT LAST !!
