Horrible company horrible Burn out…I used this machine less than 10 times and within 6 months it stopped working. I contacted the seller who said the warrenty expired. My understanding when I purchased it was that it came with a 1 year warranty, after sending a response to say that it was still within my warranty period along with attachment showing the date of purchase I never heard back from them. Great Customer Service I ordered the steamer a month ago, my daughter and I love it. But today, we had a problem getting the unit to work properly. I immediately emailed the seller thru the Amazon site. How about, got a personal phone call from a representative asking how they could fix the situation. I got that call within hours of submitting the issue. WOW, best customer service ever… They are going to send me replacement parts, apologized for the inconvenience and were very professional. My Second One Product works great, just a few kinks to keep it working 1. Only use on low heat setting 2. Never leave water within unless immediate use 3. Do not speed up timer dial manually, let the timer finish itself
