The Fresh Roasted Coffee process begins at the source. We choose our coffees carefully and with consideration of origin, flavor profile, and quality. Our goal is to deliver exceptional coffee that is approachable by everyone from the casual coffee drinker to the connoisseur.
To make sure that our children are able to enjoy coffee as much as we are, we’ve reduced our carbon footprint through environmentally-friendly roasting techniques and equipment and we produce only recyclable/compostable coffee pods.
Coffee Storage
Coffee has four age old enemies; heat, light, air and moisture. The way coffee is stored is essential to keeping it fresh and ready to enjoy. Storing coffee in conditions that expose it to these elements will allow for the coffee to lose its flavor rapidly. Coffee should be stored in an opaque, airtight container. We suggest either glass, metal or ceramic. Coffee should not be stored in the freezer, contrary to popular belief, as it leads to moisture extracting the flavor of the coffee. Coffee beans are porous and will also absorb unwanted flavors from your freezer or refrigerator.

Best Coffee I’ve Ever Had In full disclosure, I never used to drink coffee, but now I have 2 kids, so it’s kind of essential.
