Warm Tips
1. Do not put too much bean at a time, otherwise it will heat up the mill and the flavor of the bean will be advance released during the grinding process, thus affecting the aroma of coffee.
2. The manual coffee grinder must be cleaned after use, because the coffee beans contain oil. Otherwise the grinder will smell bad after longtime use.
3. Do not rotate too fast when grinding. Grinding as gentle as possible so that the core does not generate heat during the process.

Manual is better than electric Okay – We were at Disney World in November and attended a coffee seminar put on by Joffrey’s Coffee. At the seminar, we learned how a coffee grinder and a french press could make better tasting coffee than using a regular coffee pot. After tasting the coffee they made at the seminar, I had to agree. Good with a few major flaws This is my second hand-cranked ceramic burr coffee grinder I’ve owned. I purchased this model as an upgrade to my smaller, less capacity grinder. Great little grinder I’ve enjoyed using this grinder. It comes completely apart so you can clean the ceramic burrs and it evens comes with a nice wooden brush for you to use. It is adjustable and definitely produces a consistent ground (as opposed to chopped consistency). I’ll use this for travel and at home, instead of buying the expensive electric grinder I was considering. In my opinion all the electrics are unreliable anyway and you get lower quality burrs because you are really paying for the electric…
