Not your typical toner! That’s right, it’s not your typical toner. The toner consistency is thicker and does not dry out my skin. Other reviewers stated that it hurts their hands to squeeze the bottle, actually all you have to do is shake it into the cotton ball. I actually use the rice water oil cleanser and rice water foam cleanser and I am seeing great results so far. Highly recommend getting the oil and foam cleanser set (the pink color) from The Face Shop. They are on Amazon for about $13 for the set.
