Cook Time: 20 minutes
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat an oven to 425F (218C). Line a baking pan with foil.
2. Mix all the ingredients, except the gnocchi, in a bowl.
3. Spread the mixture on the baking pan. Add gnocchi on top.
4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring twice.
5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve
