Please make sure to carefully read instructions before use. Please note that when starting to release steam after turning on the machine, or waiting for a while in between applications, you might see some water coming out of the unit as this is linked to the condensation caused by the hot steam passing through the cold hoses. Remember to press the steam release button for 30/40 seconds continuously until you see steam coming out of the machine.
