ATLANTA — The Atlanta Department of Watershed Management has responded to several isolated water main breaks across the city on Sunday night.

Customers in the impacted areas may experience temporary water service disruptions or reduced water pressure while the repairs are underway.
“Residents and motorists are advised that water from broken mains may lead to standing water on roadways, creating potential traffic hazards, particularly during overnight and early morning hours when temperatures remain below freezing. Drivers are urged to use caution, reduce speed, and remain alert when traveling near impacted areas,” DMW said in a statement.
DMW is coordinating with the City of Atlanta Department of Transportation and public safety personnel to help manage any hazards that could arise from these water main breaks.
