It’s ok Loved the price and it arrived in about ten days. Packaging was good, all pieces there. One major flaw though the screws that hold the black ring down keeping the spring in place were defective and shouldve already been in place however they were jingling around inside the pole. My husband had to take out a drill and drill 2 holes for the screws to hold the black cap down and install better screws that will hold secure. The steamer itself takes about 7 min to fully heat, but only 1 minute…
I Love It! Really Nice Steamer. Very Happy with it. Base is smaller and all the adjustments available make my life a lot easier. Came on time!
Light weight tip over easily, cheaply made DID NOT WORK Item did not work! No steam ever came out & instantly leaked condensation. It is also very light weight & tips over easily. Not worth the money spent….currently waiting to hear back from the seller
