Too mild, lacking flavor, and comparable to big-box store coffee. It’s one to pass on, in my opinion. Very mild for Columbian blend, tastes like a lesser-quality coffee than expected for the price. Comparable to any big-box quality coffee. Nothing special. The aroma is amazing, but the flavor is certainly lacking.
Mild and Inoffensive, All-Purpose Coffee. 3.5 Stars Mild and inoffensive. Could only be described as having lackluster notes of “coffee” flavor. Smelled fantastically fresh out of the package, but quickly deteriorated to a flat and anticlimactic aroma once ground. The beans were truly medium roast, not burnt to an oily black slick like SO many others out there. There was no “sizzle” to this coffee, no piquant, little regional twang to dance on the palate. This may be a personal preference, though, and that shouldn’t detract you…
Amazon and Coffee Don’t Mix Amazon is to coffee as Starbucks is to.. coffee. If you like low-quality, burned coffee (not saying it’s bad) then you will probably enjoy this coffee. Just don’t expect to be able to identify the “Columbia” coffee origin because any trace of that was roasted away.
