Love the product but design flaw possibly? Love it. Although a couple of times when I purchased it the whole pencil fell out and I could not get it back in … it broke on the floor. That was expensive accident…. design flaw??
Best Eyebrow Pencil I love this pencil and its naturalness. It is easy to create small, thin strokes which blend in perfectly. I like the taupe and am a light brown hair color human. Great product – will continue buying.
Wrong color Every time I order a taupe I get a soft brown!!! Itâs very frustrating because who wants to deal with sending it back and waiting for the refund and or a reissue of the correct product. To much money to be messing up an order. I love this product in general but itâs getting low ratings bc of the mess up I continually get.
