Disappointing I received the I pads that i bought for my children as a reward for their exam results. The surprise was quickly spoiled when we opened up the boxes, one i pad had visible deep scrape marks on all four corners and scratches on the screen, the other various scratches. Both I pads did not charge correctly, after 12 hours of charge one showed 5% charge and the other 61%. Really disappointing, i will be returning the products and buy new products only in future.
Bad battery tainted this transaction, cost me extra money. Item received quickly, but the battery life of the unit was bad. Would not hold a charge, and drained even while plugged in. Ended up taking the iPad to Apple and they determined it was a bad battery. Obviously the certification process of becoming a “certified pre-owned” product missed that step of testing the battery. I personally would think that would be most important on something like an iPad that is meant to be used unplugged.
so far so good. Not damaged my first refurbished buy at Amazon… so far so good. Not damaged. Packaged well.. The fulfillment was flawless. Good product for the price… got this for my mom and we weren’t ready to commit her limited technology to a $650 new ipad.. so thank you for this option.
