Itâs a hit or miss I had previously purchased a refurbished iPad and it looked as good as new, no scratches, no dents, everything ran great. I decided to purchase another iPad for my daughter and it had a deep scratch on the screen, I returned it, then placed a second order. A waste of time I bought this item as a Christmas gift and received it very prompt but there was a problem . i didn’t bother to check the iPad which was a major mistake. they opened it on christmas and it wouldn’t turn on. The iPad would not hold a charge it would charge enough to turn on and then turn back off bc of low battery. Amazon was very helpful and help me through the return process to receive my funds.
Not Factory Refurbished, ONLY USED! Many issues! Pass on this one! This was used, didn’t look refurbished. Heavy scratches on the back side by the power plug and it came with generic power cord (although it was a new cord)… front button was dirty, I had to wipe it down!
