Must have for dogs with thick hair I have a cavalier spaniel / bichon mix (cavachon) and this tool is amazing. My dog would be matted so much before I got this. Once her fur gets a little big longer it’s matted if I don’t comb every day but this gets them out very very well!! It smoothly glides through tangles and breaks up the knots! It has saved the dog from getting shaved naked at the groomer.
SHARP! This is a great idea, just realize, that those teeth on the comb, are VERY sharp & can cut your fingers, each one are like a little knife. They cut through the dog hair. My labradoodle does not shed, but after using this, her super soft curly hair, is floating through the air. I only use this when she is to matted to comb out, actually, I ended up cutting out the mat with scissors. Be careful with these!
