Highly recommended for the older set (50 yrs +) OVERVIEWI’m a 50 yr old guy and I thought I’d give Cize a try. I’m not a BeachBody coach and have no affiliation with BeachBody. I just want to share my positive experience with Cize and give a middle-aged guy’s perspective. Bottom line, I really like Cize and recommend it highly for people my age. Unlike some of the other reviews, which I imagine are posted by much younger and more fit individuals, the workouts in this set made me sweat like crazy. They are a real challenge for me, but very doable and FUN. The best part about it; however, is that while I get a very good workout, I feel energized after the workouts are over. This is very different from my experience lifting weights or doing an intensive aerobics routine, where I usually feel tired and exhausted after the workout is completed. In the beginning, my wife made fun of me when she watched me to the routines. Then she tried one and said, “Wow, this is really fun.”In general, I love the…

Skip this if you have Hip Hop Abs or Rockin’ Body First off, let me just say that I LOVE Shaun T. I own ALL of his workout videos (Yes, even Rockin’ Body & Hip Hop Abs) I’m only writing this review because with Beachbody programs, it’s hard to find honest reviews due to the amount of Beachbody Coaches that try to amp up the programs to make sales. I’m sorry if this offends anyone but it’s true. HOWEVER, I would also like to say that for some of you this may be your perfect program. Read on if you want to know who I think this would be good for.PROS:- Easy dance moves- Shaun T is a GREAT instructor and easy to follow (Plus he’s total eye candy and has a positive energy about him)- The backup dancers are legit pros- Great for beginners (I’ve even seen some pregnant women posting vids of them doing this on FB, so that’s how non-strenuous this is)- Low Impact- You get some cool socks if you turn in your before and after pics (I’m iffy if this is a pro or a con as they usually give shirts…
