This is the BEST eyeliner I’ve ever used This is the BEST eyeliner I’ve ever used! I love to wear eyeliner on my upper and lower water line and it’s hard to find eyeliner that goes on smoothly and dark without irritating. Great quality eyeliner! This is an excellent liner. It’s a rich black color, and goes on very smooth. It’s a retractable pencil, and comes with a tiny sharpener in the end that pops out so you can get the tip extra narrow. It has great staying power too!
