BE FOREWARNED, FORMULA CHANGED IN 2017: RETINOL MOVED FROM 7TH TO 14TH INGREDIENT I bought my first bottle in May of 2017. I was happy w/ it so I replenished with a 2-pk in December to save a little money. Between those two purchases, the formula was changed. There is now an alcohol ingredient (bad for your skin) that wasn’t there before, as well as other new ingredients. What is most alarming is that Retinol, the namesake for this product, has been moved from the 7th ingredient to the 14th ingredient. Buyer beware! Changed formula! Buyer beware!! The first bottle in the picture is from 2/2017. Retinol is the 7th ingredient. 2nd bottle I purchased 1/15/2019 and the Retinol is 14th ingredient plus added ingredients including alcohol. Im not sure why’d they change the ingredients on a product that had great reviews. I dont think this is right to do without making it very clear on the listing. I’ll come back with an update on how the new formula works.
Disappointed they changed formulation. Like pump dispenser; plus, a lot of product for the money I purchased my first bottle of this moisturizer and I LOVED it! That first bottle listed Retinol as the 7th ingredient. The most recent bottle I ordered had a longer ingredient list with ingredients I couldn’t pronounce and retinol is now listed 16th down the line. Why did they change it? I’m disappointed.
