Sulfur is the key to effective blemish removal A must have for me and my dermatologist agrees that “sulfur” is an old time remedy for pimples, especially the cystic or boil type kind which I get on occassion. My advice is to take a hot shower, pinch a little on the pimple to open up the tip, put this on and by the time you wake up the next morning, it’s gone or near gone.
