Great if you donât have cystic acne! Definitely feel the heat sensation that it claims! And I can definitely see a difference in my black heads. But having âtrouble skinâ as my skin is called in Korea which translates over to comedones and cystic acne, I wouldnât reccomend it. The beads that come with it to exfolliate can actually irritate the comedones and cause them to increase the swelling as it did with me. Also the heat causes them to get a bit more inflamed. The heat was nice, left it on for 15 min Just used it once, washed my face, dried, applied a layer only to my t zone. The heat was nice, left it on for 15 min, rubbed the skin before rinsing. I had 1 old pimple and a 1 new one, they both “emptied” out. So amazing! Will be using this often.
