Best Pre-makeup Primer on the Market I have used this product for a long, long time and it is the best primer that is on the market. I would advise applying it and waiting a few minutes before applying make-up, but it will still work. I do wish Clarins would package it in a flatter container because when it gets low, when removing it, it gets under your nails and is a little messy. I know the little applicator that it comes with is to remove the product from the container, but somehow I cannot keep up with it. Maybe some personal reorganization training would be applicable in my case.
Delivers on it’s Promises This was my first introduction to the Clarins brand and I have to say, it was a good one. I use this product as a primer right before I apply my foundation or other makeup products and it works like a charm. It’s creamy texture melts into the skin very effectively and it definitely smooths over pores and imperfects like it promises. The only downside is that it is a little expensive for the amount of product and the packaging makes it a little inconvenient and unsanitary to use, especially if you have long nails. I can’t think of any other primer than comes in this wonderful balm format though so I will be repurchasing.
BEST PRIMER ON THE MARKET!! This Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch Primer is FABULOUS!! It has a density that is really needed to fill in the lines on face(wrinkles). The best part is it has a “pinkish” hue color..very subtle that gives that soft healthy look to sallow skin. I put a cream/powder over it (yellow), and everyone remarks how soft and beautiful I look!! Try it, you won’t be disappointed!!
