This coffee is decaffeinated using the traditional Methylene Chloride process.

A BLEND LABELLED AS 100% This is not 100% Tarrazu coffee. Real Tarrazu has a very distinctive smell and taste, and ever since I visited Costa Rica a decade ago I’ve been drinking Tarrazu coffee almost every morning. I can detect only a hint of flavor from these beans and it appears that they are actually a blend,,, there is very little real Tarrazu coffee in them.
