Almost perfect – bad customer service 11/22/19 UPDATE:I removed a star due to the following:The gasket on one of the mugs kept flipping/becoming twisted, which would create a small gap where coffee would spill out between the metal and plastic lid. I reached out to Contigo, and the first email I received was they would not reach out for 2-3weeks (see picture). I received an email 4 weeks later stating we no longer have lids for the white thermos, therefore could not help. All I needed was a new gasket, which they did…
It leaks due to the seals popping out repeatedly and twisting up I am so disappointed! I bought this to replace a previous contigo that was perfect for years! This relies on a small rubber seal inside the lid. Mine keeps popping out and twisting up resulting in repeated leak issues. I have never had this issue with Contigo before and i am very disappointed. I now have two beautiful worthless travel mugs. This will not help me for work and school. Off to research other options. ps- i have had these less than 2 weeks.
Great choice, will buy again. Love these cups. I researched extensively to find the right ones for me and these won.A few things:1. The grip with the patterned side is great. No extras needed for me.2. The snapseal is a bit hard to open but I’ve seemed to fiddle with it souch it’s loosened the mechanism a bit. A plus on my part.3. The lid is nice and tight.
