This is a 3D printed replica prop face shell. The face shell is used to mold your face into the shape of the character. The face shell goes on your face and your mask goes over the face shell. The face shell is made out of bio-friendly PLA (Polylactic Acid) plastic and is accomplished by printing plastic layer by layer, very slowly. PLA is considered the most ‘earth friendly’ plastic since it is 100% biodegradable and not toxic. We use high quality printing options with a large infill and out perimeter shells models. This face shell is printed in 1 piece so it is extremely sturdy and does not require gluing parts together. The face shell is printed in PLA by default. After the mask is finished printing, we sand the face shell using multiple grits of sandpaper. Due to this process there may be some imperfections on the face shell, however this process will not damage the face shell in any way, it is just so the face shell is nice and smooth. Printed in 1 piece and is extremely sturdy and lightweight The mask is sanded down after the print is finished so that it is completely smooth *Please note all 3D printed items are unique and no two products are the same. The surface will not be perfectly smooth as you can see the layers of the object and there might be little bumps here and there as this is a property of this type of 3D printing. Color of item may vary slightly from the display picture due to filament supplier.
SET INCLUDES: Face Shell, Back Plate, Pair of lenses. The face shell is made to fit an ADULT male who head is approximately 23.5 inches in diameter (approx 6.75inches in length from ear to ear). If your head is bigger than these dimensions then the face shell will NOT fit your head.

FEATURES: Face shell is made in multiple pieces and is extremely sturdy. This is a RAW print, meaning you will need to sand the face shell with sandpaper to achieve a smooth finish. Due to this process there may be some imperfections on the face shell, however this process will not damage the face shell in any way, it is just so the face shell is nice and smooth. You can choose to paint over the face shell after applying some primer.
PRODUCT INFORMATION: The face shell is made out of plastic. It is extremely sturdy and is made to be worn. Magnets are NOT included with purchase. If you wish to purchase magenets you will need 8x2mm magnets. Simply add the magnets to the face shell/lenses in the sloted holes and apply some glue.
