  1. Review from a guy whose had foot issues In an attempt to improve the quality of this review, I’d like to preface it with a little about who I am as a consumer and what I am looking for. This is my first all-leather “duty boot” (I have owned all-leather Timberland PROs before) and prior to this, I’ve mainly worn very comfortable New Balance shoes and a pair of Under Armour boots which are primarily nylon/synthetic and are EXTREMELY lightweight and breathable. I’ve also worn a pair of Magnum Steel toe boots which I found to be…

  2. American made This is my 3rd pair of Danners that I have had. These boots are meant to last. My last pair lasted about 7 years before the stitching on the leather started to come undone. The boots are little tight the first week, but get broken in fairly quick. The gor-tex lining make the boot really comfortable, and warm. The only draw back is that the boots are a little heavy, but it’s s solid American boot. One of the best things, the boot can be resolved.

  3. these are the best boots I have worn straight from the box I am a 12 year veteran of the Infantry, and now in law enforcement, these are the best boots I have worn straight from the box. Danner has the softest leather that did not require a lengthy break in period. My first pair of Danners, and a firm believer!
