The listing is misleading – this is a refurbished, very old computer, NOT an updated 2018 model! As the heading indicates, I did not research this well, and thought it was an updated 2018 version of this excellent little desktop that I used for years in a former workplace. It is not. The architecture won’t permit me to upgrade the hard drive above 2 TB, and thus far, I am unable to get a 5G dongle to work correctly, and am stuck with slower internet. Unauthorized copy of windows Mine came with an unauthorized copy of Windows 10 pro. Microsoft wants $200 for something I paid seller for.
Not so great at this time Worked for a little while…right now the power light is blinking off and on, but it won’t power up. The mouse light is not on and the monitor is black. I put in for a return as I purchased on March 24 and it was May 16 when issues began. My request for return/refund was denied saying it was no longer under warranty. The listing states a 90 day warranty. I am now awaiting a response. I will update.
