Buyer Beware! I would highly recommend NOT purchasing this laptop. Mine will not boot up properly after two weeks of working. I’m on with Dell right now. I have an error telling me the hard drive is not installed. I have 2 warranty options, one is $229 and one is $269. I can do a one time fix for $139 right now which is what I’m going to do. I was told be Dell that this laptop is one year and 166 days old and out of warranty. I’m traveling this week and I need my laptop working properly. I am going to buy…

laptop I just received the computer and it has crashed several times. Googled the blue screen with a “sad” face that reads “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collect info, and then restart for you”. There are numerous posts online dating back years which suggests the problem is widespread. Several suggested fixes are listed none of which I am interested in pursuing. If the problem persists I will return the unit to Amazon.
