This plus size costume comes with a polyester full-length black dress. It features silver-toned buttons on the front and fitted sections in the chest, arms, and waist. A full tulle petticoat is included for fullness and extra accent, and the cone-shaped hat comes with wire in the brim for shape and structure. A tulle bow ties around the hat and can be worn hanging down the back if desired.
