Excellent product I can honestly recommend Dr.Bergâs products when used with the Keto diet. Iâm 49 and have struggled with weight and health problems for years and itâs only when watching Dr. Bergâs videos that all that Iâve learned in the past about my body came together into the right formula. Amazing for blood pressure! My husband and I have been using D3 & K2 for two months now. Our blood pressure is PERFECT even our resting heart rate is unbelievable!! We will be getting our blood work done in two weeks and I will post (our blood test breaks down the lipids i.e. big and fluffy or small and dangerous!) We also use the wheat grass/electrolyte powder/nutritional yeast daily which tastes great especially if you drink through a straw (nutritional yeast sometimes accumulates at the bottom) I place all into a mason jar with filtered water and give it a good shake! I can’t say enough about Dr. Berg’s products!
Went Horribly Wrong I’ve purchased Dr. Berg’s vit. D3 many times. However now he has changed it to combine the vit.K as well, all good. But he also added “Red Yeast Rice” into it for some unknown reason and that stuff does not work well for me at all. I had to stop taking it once I figured out it was the red yeast rice that was bothering me so badly. Once I stopped taking it those symptoms are going away. Why can’t he offer both options. Now I have to find another brand that is Plant Based formula without the red yeast rice and none are 10,000 IU. a pill. So that means more pills to take! Please bring back the original D3..
