Problems with Bluetooth, but application works well I purchased this hoping to use bluetooth and not be tethered to the system. The bluetooth device comes with a dongle that needs to be inserted in a USB port. The headset and dongle are paired, and the dongle shows up on my list of bluetooth devices. I am able to change my default microphone and playback to this device on my laptop and it responds to my voice, but I cannot get it to work with the Dragon software. Very disappointed as are most buyers First shipment battery wouldn’t charge. Second unit I could not make work on Windows 10. Sent both back. Have had two previous versions with few problems. Very disappointed as are most buyers. Doctors receive training programs individuals are hung out to dry. I am hoping for something better in the future.
