Terrible quality – Ecco has lost our business. These boots used to be very high quality and worth $200+ – The quality has been totally sacrificed and this is now a $30 value. Within 3 months this boots stitching has unraveled creating a hole on the top of the boot. The color has faded and it looks like a 3 year old boot. The support this boot used to provide is non-existent. Someone made serious money saving changes to this product and they will be losing customers for sure. Put an email address on your page. I am trying to contact you in regard to these boots. They were delivered 8/25. My husband is a semi-retired contractor and these boots are falling apart. The stitching at the toe is coming completely undone. He has been wearing ECCO boots for over 25 years and has never had this problem before. We find this unacceptable, particularly since they were over $200.00. What is our next step??
Comfortable, but requires better stitching material I have been wearing Ecco shoes and boots for more then 15 years and this is my second pair of Track II boots. They are by far the most comfortable work boots I have ever owned and the first pair have lasted about 10 years. That said, I would give them a 5 star rating, except that I have had to nurse them along. #1 the stitching in the semi-circular area above the toe gave out at about 6-7 years.
