SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered two sets of these. Every single ornament arrived broken. 5 were delimbed with smaller parts also broken off. 3 were broken around fingers, and clothes. The product would have been beautiful and cherished through the years had they arrived in good condition. Extremely extremely disappointed. For such delicate items, this should have been better packaged…plastic bags give no protection!
Product comes damaged Super cute ornaments, great little details. However the product came damaged and broken twice. First I ordered a replacement, but after coming in the mail all broken the second time, I am just returning for refund. The packaging isnât secure enough for such a fragile product.
