Our Monk fruit + Erythritol Blend VS Sugar
Our product is just as sweet as sugar and their flavors are very similar. Unlike most alternative sweeteners, there is no bitter or chemical aftertaste. Some say there is a mild cooling sensation. While sugar is a 68 on the glycemic index (GI) scale, our blend is a 0! High glycemic foods cause blood sugar spikes, leading to more fat storage and hunger crashes.
Dentists love erythritol. Oral bacteria feed off of sugar but erythritol is shown to prevent plaque buildup & cavities, making it gum & tooth-friendly!
Who Can Use It?
Anyone looking to reduce their sugar intake, lose weight or improve their health can benefit from using our blend as a sugar substitute. It’s a favorite among low-carb dieters, as well as sugar-free and paleo bakers. Plus, it’s proven safe for kids and pets too!
How Do You Use It?
Use our product just as you would sugar in cooking, baking and sweetening drinks like tea and coffee. You can use 1 cup for every 1 cup of sugar in recipes. A teaspoon or two in your coffee works like a charm. Feel free to play around with the proportions and use our product to your specific taste.
Disclaimer: Overconsumption of erythritol can cause an upset stomach and diarrhea in some people. In rare cases, erythritol can also cause an allergic reaction in the form of hives.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! Being diabetic, overweight, and addicted to sugar, I had to buckle down. Enter the Keto diet, which introduced me to this! No after taste at all, no bitterness. If you taste it on it’s own, it has a cooling effect, but, if mixed with something else, there’s no cooling effect. It doesn’t completely dissolve like sugar does, but, that’s not a problem for me. My blood sugars are now stable (YAY!!), and unlike other sugar alcohols, this one does NOT affect my stomach. PLUS, it does taste VERY similar to sugar. Trust me I’ve tried all the sweeteners including Splenda, Agave, Stevia, and NONE of them taste like this! This is one is a WINNER! =)
Throw away all other sugar substitutes…they’re trash compared to this PROS:This is honestly the only sugar substitute that actually tastes like sugar and has no aftertaste.I am on keto so I can’t do sugar in my coffee anymore – prior to keto I kept Sweet Cream International Delight by the case.I can’t do any of the other sugar substitutes because they taste TERRIBLE. Stevie, Splena, yada yada…they all taste bad with a terrible aftertaste – but this does not. Even the Swerve (pure erythritol) has a weird cooling effect, but the added monk fruit in this cancels that out.Honestly, you could give this to a sugar lover and not tell them and they would not notice.CONS:There is only one con, which is why I took off a star — the price. Being a 1 to 1 sugar sub. this stuff is expensive. I mean, just to bake a pie you would be using like half the bag almost. I am not sure what I will be doing for baking subs, but for my coffee and small stuff, this sweetener is where it’s atOverall, even with the price, if…
It’s winner! I took some time before I was ready to review this sugar substitute since I purchased it for baking but haven’t had time to bake, until today. I used it in one of my favorite dessert recipes and it did not disappoint me. The dessert tasted just as great as it does when I use sugar and much better than it tastes when I use Stevia. The granularity is very similar to sugar also so the top of my dessert (crustless coconut cream pie) browned nicely and had a nice crispy layer on top just like when I use sugar. This product is a winner for me! I just wish it was not so expensive. Before I repurchase I will have to search for some coupons or multi-pack savings bundles. I did not receive the email link to the the free recipes though. That was a disappointment!
