My Search Has Ended! I use a lot of pepper and have purchased around a half dozen or so electric grinders, both push-button and gravity-feed styles. I have not been really satisfied with any of them. We DO have an electrical engineer in the house who is very strong – and he had a hard time opening for battery installation “Hold the metal band while turning counter-clockwise,” we knew that but were still worried about breaking it.Edit: We did finally get it open, but it wasn’t easy.
