Are these 5 star reviews serious? As cute as the ornament is, there are no instructions for getting a picture inside the frame. The awkward shape makes it almost an exercise in futility to get a picture in. Anyone who buys this….absolute patience is a MUST!

Batteries missing Super cute ornament but knocked off a star because there were no batteries. I have never opened a hallmark ornament without it working right out of the box. Box clearly states batteries included. Luckily I had a couple watch batteries on hand, but if not I would have been ticked because those are not cheap.
